Ayase Platinum Building

A nine-story commercial and residential complex in front of Ayase Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, the building was designed as an approach to the tenants on the first and second floors and to the 14 residential units on the upper floors, as if the streets were a continuous line. The rhythm of the shimmering balcony lines and windows reveals and hides signs of individual lives, creating a landscape of coexistence between commercial and residential areas in front of Ayase Station.
